Let’s keep Sainsbury's Clean. Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Oswestry store on a permanent basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:
* Sunday: 08:00 to 11:00
* Monday: 05:30 to 08:00
* Tuesday: Day off
* Wednesday: 05:30 to 08:00
* Thursday: 05:30 to 08:00
* Friday: 05:30 to 08:00
* Saturday: 05:30 to 08:30
You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
Responsibilities
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:
* Operating machinery
* Carrying out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
* In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
* Outside duties such as keeping trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are applied
Arcus will support you through full training.
Qualifications
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied.
An eye for detail and cleanliness.
A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
Note: You will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
