Key Responsibilities
* Work autonomously toward objections that have been set
* Review feature or content specifications and create test plans
* Review feature or content health, and report accordingly
* Investigate high-risk bugs and provide risk assessments to help prioritization during bug triage
* Mentor and help develop junior members of the team
* Contribute to and help develop internal QA processes
Requirements
* 3+ years in QA, preferably at a game development studio
* Exceptional communication and organisation skills
* Experience with all, or most PC and console gaming platforms
* Experience creating and maintaining test plans
* A solid understanding of the game development process
Desirable Experience
* Strong knowledge of the PowerWash Simulator franchise
* Knowledge of Microsoft, Sony & Nintendo certification requirements
* Experience co-ordinating internal and external QA teams
* At least one title supported from concept to release
