Level 3 Teaching Assistant As a successful candidate, you will have a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education, with significant experience in managing challenging behaviour in young children. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with both children and their families to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
