Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Lochearnhead for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes served. The role will involve overseeing kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. Paid weekly, share of tips paid weekly, live in or live out. £34k to £40k
Qualifications
* Strong culinary skills and experience in food preparation and cooking
* Experience in kitchen management, including overseeing staff and inventory management
* Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a professional kitchen environment
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and meet deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
