Role Overview
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) provide the most important role within Enable. Each day is unique; you support individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
* Expand clients’ social networks and connections.
* Work collaboratively with a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.
