Role Overview:
* Location: Farnborough (Hybrid)
* Industry: Secure Digital Solutions / Technology
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing, building and supporting modern software solutions across front and back end
* Working closely with other engineers to shape scalable, reliable systems
* Building robust backend services using languages such as Java, Python or Go
* Deploying and optimising applications in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
* Improving delivery through automated CI/CD pipelines
* Reviewing code, sharing ideas, and helping set engineering best practice
* Keeping an eye on new tools and approaches that could add real value
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
* Solid cloud engineering background (AWS and/or Azure)
* Backend development using Java, Python or Go
* Docker and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD
* Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals
* Comfortable working in fast-moving, delivery-focused teams
