We’re looking for a dynamic, student-centered English Language Learner (ELL)/Bilingual Spanish Teacher to join our Learning & Assessment team. In this impactful role, you'll provide direct services to students and school districts, empower educators through coaching and professional learning, and help ensure equitable access to quality instruction for English learners.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver high-quality, culturally responsive instruction to English learners.
* Design and implement engaging lessons aligned to EL and bilingual best practices.
* Support schools in understanding and meeting state and federal compliance for EL/Bilingual programs.
* Lead professional learning experiences for educators, providing coaching and modeling of effective EL strategies.
* Collaborate with a forward-thinking, supportive team committed to inclusive, data-informed practices.
Want a Full-Time Role?
This position can be expanded to full-time by adding itinerant Reading Interventionist responsibilities. In this dual role, you’ll:
* Provide targeted, evidence-based reading instruction in partnership with public and private school teams.
* Track student progress and collaborate with school teams to support literacy development.
* Engage in state-aligned professional learning (CERI/Act 20) and contribute to broader literacy initiatives.

Qualifications
* Experience in ELL/Bilingual instruction (required).
* Bachelor's degree in Education.
* Valid Wisconsin DPI license in English as a Second Language and/or Bilingual-Bicultural Education, PK-12 is required.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, comprehend, and teach in both the Spanish and English languages.
* Passion for multilingual education and literacy.
* Valid Wisconsin DPI Reading Teacher (316) or Reading Specialist (317) license, PK-12 is required for Reading Interventionist role.
* Reading intervention experience (preferred, if combining roles).
* Culturally responsive teaching mindset.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Act 20/CERI certification or willingness to pursue (for Reading Intervention component).
