A leading Tier 1 international law firm, headquartered in Central London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, award-winning team advising a prestigious portfolio of international and domestic clients across a broad range of employment matters.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising on a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
* Employment law support on corporate transactions
* Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
* Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
* Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
* Senior executive exits and negotiations
* Day-to-day advisory work on complex employment issues for corporate clients
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-profile matters, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor more junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements

* Significant post-qualification experience within employment law
* A background gained at a reputable City or leading international law firm
* Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent client relationship skills
