What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building secure, high‑availability infrastructure for complex naval platform systems
* Integrating IT and operational environments to support mission‑critical applications
* Managing and optimising Windows Server and Red Hat Linux estates
* Deploying and maintaining virtualised environments using VMware and Hyper‑V
* Overseeing IT asset management and implementing automated monitoring and reporting
* Embedding robust cybersecurity controls, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Main Skills Needed
* Strong background in infrastructure engineering, ideally across both IT and OT environments
* Solid experience with Windows Server domains and Red Hat Linux
* Hands‑on expertise with virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V
* Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and secure system design
* Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, IEC 62443)
* Experience with asset management and monitoring tooling
