Overview
Our Planning & Space teams are at the heart of what we do. You’ll bring your ideas to shape the customer experience as part of a forward‑thinking team.
What You’ll Do
* Create designs for all ranges of retail display from individual fixtures to full department concepts.
* Visualise concepts in rendering programmes for internal presentation.
* Create 2‑D plans to demonstrate layout, customer flow and calculate linear values.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current retail and design trends and competitor initiatives.
* Draft BOQs of equipment as part of developing concept designs into F&F orders for prototyping and piloting.
* Design to a budget and apply VE principles.
* Produce presentation decks using PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
* Understand product density terminology (linear, SKUs, sales density, etc.) to work with briefs from Buying and Merchandising teams.

What You’ll Bring
* A relevant degree in design or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail design.
* Knowledge of retail design standards and materials.
* Proficiency in SketchUp, Vray, AutoCAD and other visualisation tools.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, predominantly Photoshop and InDesign.
* Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Ability to sketch is a big advantage.
