What you’ll be doing
* You will be the focal point for product knowledge working closely with the software development and operational teams
* Working with and gathering requirements from key internal stakeholders – within IT and the wider business
* Networking within the business to define and shape requirements
* Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation, and documentation
* Analysis of business processes and systems
* Reviewing operational resilience
* Thorough investigation of technical and operational performance
* Mapping out of products and services, both internal and external
