Salary: GBP40,000 per annum, with potential overtime increasing total earnings to GBP45,000 per year.

Our reputable Mechanical and Electrical client is expanding and seeks experienced Electricians capable of meeting compliance requirements within Social Housing properties, including maintenance and repairs.
Role of an Electrician includes:
* Performing electrical remedial work in domestic properties (completing C1, C2, C3 & F/I defects from EICR reports)
* Completing all administrative tasks (MWs, EICs, customer satisfaction notes, quotes)
In return, you will receive:
* A base salary of GBP40,000, with average earnings around GBP45,000 including on-call, overtime, weekends, and paid travel time
* 42.5 hours per week
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional day for each year of service up to 25 days, plus bank holidays

Candidate requirements:
* Full UK manual driving license for at least 12 months with a maximum of 6 points
* Approved Electrician qualification (desirable)
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 parts 1 & 2
* Understanding of health and safety regulations
* IPAF and PASMA certifications are desirable but not essential
* City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification
