What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and motivating the Food
and Beverage team during service to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Supervising daily operations
across restaurant, bar, events, or room service
* Ensuring high standards of
service, presentation, and hygiene are always met
* Handling guest queries and
resolving issues with confidence and care
* Training, coaching, and
supporting team members to be their best
* Assisting with stock
control, ordering, and cash handling
* Working closely with
management to drive quality, efficiency, and revenue
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a
Food & Beverage supervisory role (hotel experience preferred)
* A natural leader with a
hands-on, positive attitude
* Strong communication and
organisational skills
* A passion for hospitality
and delivering exceptional service
* The ability to stay calm,
professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
* Flexibility to work shifts,
including weekends and holidays
