The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
* Implement and maintain effectiveprocessesto achievetop-tier customer satisfaction.
* Controlcostswhile maintainingquality standards and service excellence.
* Ensure compliance withmanufacturer and group standards.
* Lead,motivate, anddevelopyour team to exceedbusiness objectives.
* Driveperformance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
* Foster asafe and productiveworking environment.
You will be managing a team of 15 highly skilled technicians and 5 experienced service advisors, operating across a split-site facility. Due to the size and complexity of the dealership, as well as the demands of this role, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in a similar high-performing, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills are essential to drive the business forward and ensure outstanding customer service.
