We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a newly established service in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a growing branch, backed by a supportive senior team and a provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Manage daily operations across the domiciliary care service
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and reviews
Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing care team
Build strong relationships with service users and their families
Oversee service quality through audits, supervisions, and visits
Actively promote and develop the service across Oldham and beyond
Foster a positive, inclusive, and outcomes-driven team culture✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a domiciliary care management or deputy role
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Sound knowledge of CQC standards and care legislation
Commercial awareness and ability to scale services effectively
Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills
