Finance Assistant
We are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant, on a permanent contract based at our Head Office at Newcastle Business Park.
Job duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Posting cash and allocating receipts on Sage Line 50
* Raising sales invoices
* Preparing and reviewing debtors reports to discuss with the MD
* Proactively chasing aged debtors, by telephone and email
* Providing statements to clients on a timely basis
* Reconciling month-end sales to individual branch reports
* Assisting with other accounting duties, as and when required
The desirable candidate will be:
* Confident using Sage Line 50
* Experienced with credit control
* A self-motivated individual who can work well in a small Accounts team
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
