Infrastructure / Associate Surveyor - Nottingham

Main Responsibilities
1. Valuation of land and property
2. Negotiation and handling of compensation claims
3. Building new business relationships, with a strong focus on claimants and landowners
4. Contributing to the development of efficient internal systems and best‑practice processes
5. Ensuring all work meets legal and compliance standards
6. Managing surveyors across the team
7. Supporting and mentoring junior staff with their professional development
What I'm Looking For
I'm seeking an MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer with experience in either the commercial or rural sectors. A solid understanding of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation would be a significant advantage. You'll need to demonstrate a proactive, business‑development mindset, a commitment to excellent client service, and the confidence to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with a full driving licence.
