About The Role


We specialize in residential care, supported living and outreach services supporting people with autism and learning difficulties. We constantly strive to provide homes with a relaxed atmosphere that promotes individuality, giving each person we support the right to dignity, choice, privacy and independence.

Championing the integration of people into the community, by using local facilities such as shops, cafes, libraries, public houses and leisure centres – drawing on public and private transport for outings or holidays.

We are seeking Bank Support Workers to join our team in Wales East.

Position: Bank Support Worker

Location: Pontypridd, Wales East

Hours: Flexible bank

Shifts: Evenings, nights, weekends

Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone's individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Role

To provide support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone's individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.

Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.

Support Nurses with the delivery of complex health support

To facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.

As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents.
