About the role:
This is a standalone position reporting to the Head of Marketing. The primary responsibility is to manage the company's email programme and social media activity. You will define and develop the organic social media content strategy and handle KPI reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Manage email marketing and social media activity
* Develop and implement organic social media content strategy
* Report on KPIs
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally luxury travel
* Proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
* Strong analytical skills
