Overview

As our brand leader in store, you're responsible for leading, managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. The store leadership role is not just about what happens within the store’s walls — it’s also about the community around you. We see your store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your surrounding area, who might shop with us in store, online or via a partnership. As brand leader, you’ll take full ownership for delivering the AllSaints experience in your city, supporting concession partnerships as well as engaging in the community and delivering amazing in-store service. The role requires strong time management, resilience, multitasking and determination to ensure the in-store customer journey, financial targets and delivery of business-critical updates happen appropriately. You’ll lead a team of managers and stylists, upskilling and equipping them with the commercial skills to succeed and deliver sales targets and exceptional service that makes our customers feel amazing. You’ll build great relationships without relying on hierarchy to influence and partner with local concessions and the surrounding community.


Responsibilities

* You will equip and incentivise your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates, empowering them to deliver an inspiring in-store experience.
* You hold responsibility for the development of your team. By hosting annual appraisals for all team members, you will recognise achievements, identify areas for improvement, and set objectives for each individual’s needs.
* Effectively plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales across all product categories.
* You will lead floor walks, occasionally at director level, with a full understanding of your business, KPI performance and the reasoning behind commercial decisions.
* With support from your District Manager and relationships built with brand support, you own all areas of your business—from customer experience and stockroom operations to people policies, payroll, profit protection, health & safety and recruitment.
* One management team — you set the expectations and occasionally step into other roles to upskill and provide on-the-spot feedback to drive the business forward.
* With the support of our reporting technologies, you walk the shop floor daily through the eyes of our customers, maximise trade opportunities, identify risks early and respond with pace.
* Ensure your management and Stylist teams adhere to wardrobe and grooming guidelines and operational excellence; you model the store and showcase team achievements on our platforms.
* Awareness and handling of all employee-related matters in-store. You will work with your people and culture advisor to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
* First and foremost you are an amazing leader. You strive to get the best from your team, identifying strengths and inspiring them to dazzle our customers, with proven ability to grow talent and progression.
* You love fashion and are an irresistible ambassador for AllSaints, believing in the power of a great outfit.
* You possess strong relationship management skills, creating a fun and inviting environment for both team and customers and can influence partners when needed.

Location and About the Store

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings — making our customers feel cool and confident. If you believe in the power of a great outfit, we’d love to talk to you. Our Eldon Square standalone store in Newcastle has been open since 2010 and usually trades from 9:00am - 18:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Eldon Square is Newcastle’s oldest and most famous premium shopping centre, popular with locals and tourists alike. Our team is a bubbly bunch who love fashion and AllSaints. Store location: approximately a 10-minute journey from Newcastle station.
