New Directions Education is seeking passionate and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our supply team, working in primary and secondary schools across Conwy County.
As a key member of the classroom team, you’ll support teachers, lead learning sessions, and help pupils achieve their potential across a variety of subjects and settings. Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent Level 4 teaching assistant certificate

The ability to adapt to different settings and support students with diverse needs
