Job Title: Vehicle System Integration Lead
Contract: 6months (possible extensions)
Location: Gaydon (hybrid/ 2 days per week onsite)
Day rate: £260 inside ir35
Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle System Integration Lead to drive the end-to-end integration of customer features and systems into current and future vehicle programmes. This role sits within a central integration function, working across engineering domains to ensure features, software, and systems are delivered to sign-off quality in a planned and controlled manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the integration and maturation of customer features and functions to programme gateway sign-off.
2. Co-ordinate cross-functional delivery activities across engineering domains, translating plans into clear, time-based integration goals.
3. Ensure seamless execution across all phases of delivery, including requirements definition, architecture finalisation, network design, and test case execution.
4. Manage feature and system bring-up on vehicle and test assets, identifying and resolving timing or technical integration issues.
5. Work within Agile delivery environments, proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and resolving cross-functional disconnects.
