This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and support staff and young people within a residential care setting supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The successful candidate will take a leading role in supporting young people’s daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, and personal development while ensuring high standards of care and support within the home.
