The Role
An established aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Quality Inspector to support the inspection of high-precision components in a modern production environment. This is a practical, shop-floor-focused role where accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll be inspecting complex machined parts, working with advanced measurement technology, and supporting production teams to ensure exacting aerospace standards are met every time.
What You’ll Be Doing

Inspecting precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
*
Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and specifications
*
Carrying out dimensional inspection using both manual and automated equipment
*
Supporting first-off, in-process and final inspection activities
*
Working closely with machining teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
*
Accurately completing inspection reports and quality documentation
Equipment & Technology
You’ll have hands-on access to a wide range of modern metrology equipment, including:

Verniers, calipers, micrometers and height gauges
*
Faro Arm and Keyence image measurement systems
*
Portable and fixed CMMs (probe and video-based systems)

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (essential)
