PLM360 OCM Lead - Contract Role (Inside IR35)
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid/Flexible)
Day Rate: £200-£250 p/day (Inside IR35)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PLM360 OCM Lead to support the successful rollout and adoption of PLM360 within the SGT Business Area. This role focuses on the people side of change-ensuring teams are prepared, aligned, and ready to transition to new PLM ways of working.
As the OCM Lead, you will use structured Organizational Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar, driving communication, stakeholder engagement, behavioural adoption, and readiness activities. This is a high-visibility position that requires cross-functional collaboration with PLM programme teams, local change agents, and global OCM networks.

Key Responsibilities
Change Leadership & Execution
* Deliver and manage the OCM framework and communication strategy for the SGT Business Area.
* Apply structured OCM methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to support awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement activities.
* Lead local change activities including kick-offs, enablement sessions, and readiness assessments.
* Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across related transformation programmes (PLM360, S4E, etc.).
* Implement feedback loops and contribute to continuous OCM methodology improvements.
Change Network Ownership
* Establish and lead a Business-Area-specific Change Network aligned with global programme structures.
* Support, coach, and empower Change Network members and local change champions.
* Develop Key Ambassadors into effective Change Agents with clear objectives and tailored support.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Identify impacted stakeholders, assess readiness, and understand adoption risks.
* Engage senior leaders and influence them to promote change advocacy.
* Conduct stakeholder analyses to shape communication and impact-assessment activities.
Communication & Engagement Strategy
* Adapt programme-level OCM and communication strategies to suit SGT-specific needs.
* Validate existing communication plans and produce localised messaging where required.
* Ensure messaging remains clear, consistent, and aligned across all transformation initiatives.
Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management
* Work closely with OCM and Training Coordinators to track progress and alignment.
* Identify risks early, support mitigation planning, and maintain the project risk register.
* Define and monitor key OCM KPIs for effectiveness and continuous improvement.
* Provide regular updates to Programme OCM, Rollout Managers, and Business Leads.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Practical experience applying structured methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar).
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
* Strong facilitation, networking, and influencing capabilities; comfortable managing resistance.
* Analytical, structured, and resilient in fast-paced transformation environments.
* Understanding of PLM processes, digital thread concepts, or engineering/manufacturing operations (advantageous).
* High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for driving user adoption and behavioural change.
