Role Overview
Reporting to both the General Manager and the Group Revenue Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing data-driven room revenue strategies to optimise profitability
Managing pricing, availability, and distribution across all channels
Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly revenue targets
Collaborating with other properties in the portfolio to ensure a unified revenue approach
Monitoring market trends and uncovering new commercial opportunities
Contributing to the growth of Meetings & Events (M&E) and Food & Beverage (F&B) revenues
About You
Are you currently working in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Revenue Manager ready to make a step-up? Or perhaps you are overseeing Revenue & Reservations and want to concentrate on leading the revenue for a hotel in a hands-on capacity, with strong supervisory experience.
Ideally you will have experience of OPERA, or a similar system and have a strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset, to bring fresh ideas on board for revenue.
