* Respect everyone and treat others as you would wish to be treated.
Qualifications
* You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. You should demonstrate a caring nature, leadership by example, ability to motivate a team and delegate effectively, coaching-style leadership, good communication and relationship-building skills, and flexibility to changes at short notice.
