Join the Food Manufacturing Industry in a Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse type role! Production Team Member /Associate opportunities for various shifts are available.
$15.50 per hour 1st shift
$16.50 per hour 2nd shift
$17.00 per hour 3rd shift

Production Team Member Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Packing and unpacking product
* Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
* Stacking and building pallets
* Labeling and code dating product
* Sanitation duties as assigned
* Work on an assembly line
* Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
* Excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role
* Handle any minor tasks related to the duties of the position
Production Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* High School Diploma/GED preferred
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
* Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
Production Team Member Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
* This is largely a static role with standing; however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required. This would require the ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
* This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (around 35 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for the duration of the shift.
Upon offer of employment, candidates will be asked to complete a drug screening test. The offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of this test.
