TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for an Implementation Analyst to help shape how we deliver high-quality pension transfer and implementation activity. You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading the definition, build and analysis of complex pension calculations.
* Developing and implementing data audit and analysis protocols to improve transfer quality.
* Overseeing system automation and testing, working closely with IT and Administration teams.
* Acting as a business system expert, driving process excellence and continuous improvement.
* Coordinating UAT and supporting system and process efficiencies across administration.
* Serving as a subject matter expert on transferring schemes and benefit structures.
* Developing and refining test strategies with system programmers.
* Producing and monitoring delivery plans for implementation and transfer activity.
* Applying risk management principles across all work.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Strong, broad experience of occupational pension schemes, including pensions administration.
* Proven experience defining and building complex pension calculations.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DB and DC arrangements.
* Experience implementing and onboarding new pension schemes, including DB/DC bulk transfers.
* Experience supporting projects and change management activity.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Report writing.
