Are you an experienced andpassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term opportunity in a specialist educational setting? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to provide consistent support to pupils withplex needs in a well-resourced and nurturing school.
Role Responsibilities
1. Deliver consistent 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
2. Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning plans.
3. Support pupils with emotional regulation,munication, and social development.
4. Contribute to a positive, inclusive and structured classroom environment.
5. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families over time.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
6. Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN ( autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).
7. A calm, empathetic and resilient approach.
8. Excellentmunication and collaboration skills.
9. A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
