We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Fundraising Team as a Head of Trusts and Foundations.
This key role, as a member of Street League’s Commercial Fundraising Team, will be crucial to the charity's success as you provide first-class stewardship to existing trusts and secure new partnerships. You will be part of a highly successful and dynamic team working with significant long-term partners.
As one of two Heads of Department within the Commercial Team, you will line manage two Trust Managers, oversee research and prospecting, application processes, and ongoing stewardship of partners. Street League also maintains long-term high-value strategic funding partners that you will account manage alongside the CEO and Commercial Director. You will work with the Commercial Director and other staff to ensure all income targets are met annually. You will also share wider leadership responsibilities across the organization.
Your passion, determination, and talent will help give young people in some of the UK’s most disadvantaged communities a brighter future through employment opportunities. This role is within the Commercial Fundraising Team, which manages a portfolio of corporate partnerships, including household brands and FTSE 100 companies supporting Street League with funding, volunteering, awareness, and pro bono advice.

Salary: £54,075
Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in our London Victoria office (discussions around flexibility and travel are welcome if outside London).
Work pattern: 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Contract: Permanent
