The Regional Demand Forecasting Manager is responsible for the development of a robust, un-biased and comprehensive sales forecast for all SKUs, across all therapies, in this case specifically looking after a portfolio of Tier 2/3 Markets, that are managed by the Customer Supply Chain Organisation, Global Supply Chain. The demand plans will ensure that there is the appropriate level of inventory available in the corresponding MMWs/LSPs and LOCs.
In this role you will:
1. Responsible for leading the volume forecasting process to drive improvements in forecast accuracy, bias, working capital and customer service levels.
2. Manage exceptions to standard statistical baseline generation and collaborate with Centre of Excellence to review and agree improvement actions, highlighting related market dynamics.
3. Responsible for the monitoring of demand forecasting KPIs and evaluation of forecast value-added, highlighting key impact drivers with commercial/finance, review assumptions, and propose improvements.
4. Prepare forecast inputs into the key Core Commercial Cycle meetings, including Pre-Demand Review Meetings, Demand Review Meetings, and Regional Meetings such as EU MPR and EU S&OP.
