Boat House 6 - Digital Content Producer
Location: National Museum of the Royal Navy, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (with occasional travel to Fleet Air Arm Museum, National Museum of the Royal Navy Hartlepool and HMS Caroline in Belfast).
Salary: Salary (Grade 6) - £34,886 - £37,070 per annum (dependent upon experience).
Contract type: Fixed term contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working: There is an opportunity to adopt hybrid working (combination of working on site for a minimum of 2 days a week and from home).

This is a great opportunity to join the Communications and Digital Engagement team within the Marketing Department. You will lead on the creation of dynamic, impactful, multimedia content (video, photography, audio, graphic) that will make our digital platforms stand out and our incredible stories shine.
You will be joining the team to create a programme of digital content in support of the Boathouse 6 Project, transforming the 1840s Grade II* building into a series of new exhibition and event spaces and bringing the Royal Marnie’s story to the dockyard.
You will help us tell the story of the project, working with community groups, designers, architects, curators, conservators, funders and partners to document development work and prepare assets to promote the new galleries and experience for launch.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the creation of dynamic multimedia content (video, photography, audio, graphic) for digital platforms.
* Manage the production of content from both internal teams and third parties.
* Coordinate a programme of digital content in support of the Boathouse 6 Project and related campaigns.
* Collaborate with community groups, designers, architects, curators, conservators, funders and partners.
* Document development work and prepare assets to promote new galleries and experiences for launch.
