About this role: 30 hours per week
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. You will deliver an exceptional, engaging customer experience, contribute to solid commercial results, and help build lasting relationships with our customers.
A day in the life
* Represent the brand to the highest standards, promoting its vision and mission and sharing our new technologies and product innovations with pride.
* Deliver extraordinary customer service, engaging customers to establish a personalised experience.
* Meet store key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team.
* Be a team player and support teammates to achieve common goals.
* Promote a respectful, diverse and inclusive environment in store.
* Support the store in maintaining a collaborative, friendly and engaging atmosphere.
* Take responsibility for development and actively seek improvement opportunities.
* Respond positively to feedback and understand when to elevate difficult situations to management.
* Operate tills and handle financial transactions.
* Assist with opening, receiving deliveries and meeting operational deadlines.
* Help maintain accurate inventories and high standards in back‑of‑house spaces.
* Maintain high display standards of all products following merchandising guidelines.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Communicate and transfer product feedback to management.
* Perform any other duties required to run the concession smoothly and profitably.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales and service expertise – the ability to deliver the extraordinary each time and introduce additional services when appropriate.
* Adaptability to business needs and willingness to take ownership of tasks beyond the role.
* Strong understanding of retail processes, systems and tools, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
* Enjoyment of teamwork, customer interaction and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
* Previous experience in a new retail concept or start‑up brand is desirable.
