As a Graphic Designer in our design team at Group 1, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our company, bringing to life marketing campaigns and creative ideas, and adapting OEM assets tailored to company requirements. From creating event materials and promotional campaigns to social and digital assets, internal communications, and customer-facing materials, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, social, and communications team to create engaging designs that drive awareness and consistency across the brands you work with. You’ll have great attention to detail, be passionate about design, maintain a focused, positive attitude, and be capable of managing multiple projects at pace.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
* Design visual assets and marketing materials
* Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery
* Ensure brand consistency across marketing projects and promote the company's vision through high-quality graphic content
* Meet project timelines and schedules
* Liaise between marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
* Stay updated with industry developments
* Design and produce marketing materials and assets
* Generate creative ideas and concepts aligned with target audiences
* Maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all visual representations
* Monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and OEM standards
* Create digital designs for ads, social media, and email campaigns
* Develop visual designs that communicate concepts and brand identity, including layouts, color palettes, iconography, typography, and style guides
* Coordinate with Legal/Compliance teams when necessary
* Work with external print suppliers for quotations based on requirements
Helpful Skills And Qualifications

* 2+ years’ experience as a graphic designer (in-house preferred but not essential)
* Creative flair and attention to detail
* Proactive can-do attitude
* Ability to work to deadlines and deliver quickly
* Proven experience designing for print, web, and digital platforms
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* HTML/CSS skills are an advantage but not essential
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity; portfolio required
* Experience collaborating with teams and meeting deadlines
* A keen eye for visual details
