About the Role:
Working closely with the Senior Buying team, you’ll play a key part in helping to drive sales, maximise profits, and ensure the seamless introduction of new products and promotions across stores. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow within the buying function of a thriving retail business.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying team

Help source, list, and manage exciting product ranges and promotional offers
*
Liaise with suppliers to maintain accurate product and pricing information
*
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
*
Gather and analyse data to help shape buying decisions and strategy
*
Ensure all admin, financial, and system processes are completed accurately and on time
*
Work with stores and retail staff to ensure smooth rollout of new product ranges
What We’re Looking For:

A degree is preferred, but not essential – we value real-world experience and enthusiasm
*
A genuine interest in retail and current trends
*
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
*
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
*
Confident with Microsoft Excel – able to use formulas, graphs, and manipulate data
*
Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
