Main Responsibilities
* Assembling high-quality products including sash windows, casement windows, and aluminium doors.
* Preparing, machining, welding, reinforcing, and glazing profiles for assembly.
* Installing ancillaries such as hardware and astragal bars.
* Using basic maths skills for accurate measurements and dimensions.
* Maintaining excellent quality standards, identifying and escalating any defects.
* Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
* Helping to onboard and train new starters in line with our standards.

Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience

* Previous experience with PVCu or Aluminium is an advantage but not essential.
* A commitment to producing work to high standards while meeting targets.
* Reliability, good timekeeping, and a strong focus on health & safety.
* Willingness to learn and apply new skills through further training.
