The Role
This role is for a high-intensity 10-day diagnostic sprint focused on DACH market operations. You will serve as the technical \"Sprint Lead,\" investigating significant \"revenue leakage\" where high marketing spend is failing to convert into qualified pipeline. The goal is to audit current Salesforce workflows to identify \"funnel opacity\" and provide a data-backed roadmap for a larger GTM activation phase.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct a \"Funnel Forensics\" audit to map Lead-to-MQL-to-SQL drop-off rates and identify where pipeline is stalling.
* Perform a channel spend analysis to benchmark cost-per-qualified-lead against global performance.
* Analyze organizational \"silos\" by mapping sales-marketing handoff processes and identifying SLA gaps within Salesforce.
* Develop a prototype DACH-specific Lead Qualification and Scoring framework (e.g., sector weighting, company size thresholds).
* Present a formal executive briefing on Day 10 detailing findings, revenue leakage quantifications, and a phased roadmap.
Required qualifications:
* CRM Expertise: Advanced Salesforce forensics and data processing capabilities.
* B2B SaaS Analytics: Proven experience in SaaS funnel metrics, pipeline velocity, and conversion benchmarking.
* Strategic Consulting: Ability to translate technical CRM gaps into a commercial business case for executive stakeholders.
* Data Tools: Experience using AI-powered analytics tooling for CRM data processing
