A well known university based in London is looking for a Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month contract to start as soon as possible. This will be a full time on site role 5 days per week with the possibility of an extension. The role is paying £180 - £200/day inside IR35.
This role will be to join an established Service Desk team who provide support to students and staff. You will have some experience as a Service Desk Support Analyst and have experience with ideally Windows & Mac although Mac is the lesser importance of the two.
Ideally you will also have experience of TOPdesk ticketing system and have worked in a university previously however working in a university is not essential.
