Technical Sales Manager Underfloor Heating Location: Hertfordshire office (70% office based, 30% field based) AL9 6DE Remuneration: Up to £60,000neg (dependent on experience) uncapped commission giving OTE year 1 circa £80,000 Benefits: Full Benefits Package £5,000 car allowance The role will involve: Technical Sales Manager position, selling the design, manufacture and supply of underfloor heating systems Selling to national housebuilders, main-contractors, sub-contractors & architects Typical project values vary from between £100k - £200k There will be an element of business development including site visits to prospective and existing customers once up and running with the role Manage a customer pipeline to ensure sales targets are met and work is correctly prioritised to achieve maximum results Process orders and coordinate handovers for the operations department Liaising with clients and customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements, offering consultative advice and solutions The ideal applicant: Must have construction sales experience within the plumbing & heating or associated sector Must have contract selling/tender management experience Under floor heating experience would be highly advantageous, however not essential Must have a professional & personable manner both on the phone and in person Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills Self-motivated, confident, resilient, driven and ambitious ADZN1_UKTJ
