About the Role As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include: Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they have been introduced by the sales team Communicating financial and insurance information in a clear, accurate and compliant way Supporting daily sales activities and contributing to overall performance goals Engaging in first and second‑facing customer conversations Working collaboratively with colleagues to offer new and used vehicles, alongside additional products such as finance packages, warranty, paint protection, and insurance Consistently delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and customer‑focused experience What You’ll Need We’d love to hear from you if you have: Previous experience in a business or sales management role An understanding of financial and insurance product regulations A genuine passion for customer service, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement Experience building positive relationships and navigating confident, constructive conversations Hold a full and valid UK driving licence What You’ll Get in Return We’re committed to supporting your development and wellbeing.
