The role
The Local Advisory Board and Headteacher at Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School are seeking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion and Medical Support Assistant to support the SENCo and wider school team in ensuring high-quality provision for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and medical needs. The role is on a permanent basis and is for 4 days per week for a total of 28.5 hours (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am – 4pm and Wednesdays 8.30am – 4.30pm with an unpaid 30 minute lunch on all days) At Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School we want all our children to feel safe, valued, happy, included and nurtured. Our aim is for all children to be the best that they can be, to be able to be independent critical thinkers who are inspired by their learning and experience success. Candidates will have a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification, while evidence of relevant professional development or training in SEND and/or medical needs is essential.
