Job Description:Reporting to the team Lead Engineer; The undertaking of Planned Preventative Maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 as well as providing response to reactive call outs for assigned sites. Working within a well-established and successful team; Identifying and completing remedial works as and where required. Location: Responsible area covers Cheltenham, Swindon, Bristol, and Exeter. Sites would be allocated based on location; the successful candidate should be willing to travel within the region when required to do so. Necessary Skills Essential: Experience performing works with HVAC Plant & equipmentWorking knowledge of SFG20Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications-I.e. emergency light testing, L8 awareness, plumbing repairs etc.Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline. To carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures and fittings as required To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures and fittings To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements Good communication & basic understanding of ITFull UK Driving Licence Desirable: FGAS / 2391/2394 test & inspection
