Over the course of four years as an Apprentice Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience at one of our cutting-edge manufacturing sites. Working alongside a team of skilled Engineers, you'll help keep Arla at the forefront of the industry through innovation and technology. We'll support your journey to becoming a qualified Multiskilled Engineer through a blend of practical and classroom based learning. By the end of the programme, you'll graduate with:
* OAL Level 3 in Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate

How will you make an impact? At Arla, our Engineers are problem solvers. They maintain, repair, and install machinery that powers our production of tasty, healthy high-quality products. When a machine breaks down, it's more than just a technical issue- it means our customers might miss out. As an Arla Engineer, you'll be the one who saves the day, ensuring Cravendale milk makes it into morning tea, Skyr yoghurt lands in breakfast bowls, and Anchor butter spreads across toast nationwide. As part of your apprenticeship, you'll study at East Kilbride and District Group Training Association (EKTGA)- Arla Foods' chosen education partner in East Kilbride, Scotland. Your learning will be delivered in structured blocks
* Qualifications: You must have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade 9-4 (A-C), including Maths and English (or the Scottish equivalent)
