Private Client Legal Director Spalding Opportunity to join a leading Private Client team

Their Private Client department represents a significant proportion of the firms overall headcount, reflecting both the scale of our work and their long-standing reputation in this area. The firm acts for generations of families and a broad range of clients, delivering pragmatic, technically excellent advice through a collaborative, one-team approach.
An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Director o join our substantial and well-established Private Client team in Spalding. This office is a key hub for private client work and is home to a large proportion of the firms private client lawyers. Due to a consistently high volume of work and a very busy Partner practice, we are looking to strengthen the team with an additional solicitor.
The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex private client matters and the chance to work closely with experienced colleagues across the wider team, while developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied private client caseload
* Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and succession planning
* Providing clear, practical, and tailored advice to individuals and families
* Working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on complex matters
* Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
* Collaborating with colleagues across offices and specialist teams
* Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the Private Client team
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
* Strong technical ability with a client-focused and pragmatic approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working as part of a large, collaborative team
* Motivated to develop expertise and progress within a leading private client practice
