Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Cookstown, combining on‑site presence with the flexibility of working from home. As a Specification & Sales professional, you will manage and grow client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing tailored surface finish solutions. Key responsibilities include handling client specifications, developing project proposals, generating sales leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless project execution through collaboration with the design and production teams. You will also represent Surfaceform at client meetings, trade shows, and events, promoting the company’s services and values.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with sales, client relations, and account management
* Knowledge of interior design, architecture, or construction industries is an advantage
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
