The world-famous Tan Hill Inn is Britains highest public house at 1,732 feet (528m), set in stunning scenery above Swaledale between Richmond and Kirkby Stephen. Known internationally, the inn is a popular destination venue welcoming visitors from across the UK and beyond.

What we need from you to apply:
Front of House experience is preferred, but not essential training provided
Willing and keen to learn
Friendly, bubbly personality
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player who is happy to help where needed
Good attention to detail
Flexible to help cover staff shortages at the sister site if required
What this role involves:
Welcoming and seating guests
Taking food and drink orders accurately
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Keeping front of house areas clean and organised
Working closely with the kitchen team
Supporting bar duties when required, including serving drinks
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Pay (dependent on age):
*Pay meets or exceeds the UK National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage rates*
Under 18 years: £8 per hour, plus tips
1820 years: £10.85 per hour, plus tips
21+ years: £12.71 per hour, up to £14 per hour, plus tips
Hours: Working full-time over 5 days or part-time hours available - day shifts, weekends and evenings between 16 and 40 hours per week. Hours to be agreed at interview stage.
