About the Role: We’re looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our operations by assisting with freight receiving, pallet breakdown, box scanning, and sorting by driver routes. You’ll report to the Delivery Station Supervisor and ensure all activities are completed safely and efficiently during your shift. Occasionally, you’ll also provide leadership by overseeing logistics operations and coordinating the team on-site.
Your Responsibilities:
You will:
* Collaborate with a team to safely receive and sort all volume for the shift.
* Ensure timely direction of incoming volume to the correct destinations.
* Communicate any delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor.
* Participate in pre-sort meetings to align on daily goals and safety operations.
* Perform the TSR process to safely dock trailers.
* Contribute to safety, productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
* Utilize our internal technology and systems for operations.
* Assist in various warehouse areas as needed.
* Enforce safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures.
* Meet productivity targets with good attendance and punctuality.
* Occasionally coordinate a team of Warehouse Associates and ensure a culture of safety.
* Perform dispatching functions for drivers as needed.
You Are:
* Comfortable using computers and scanning devices.
* Team-oriented and safety-focused.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and engaging in a highly physical job.
* Willing to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and lift for 10 to 12 hours.
* Ready to operate manual and electric pallet jacks (training provided).
You Have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
* The ability to read and write in English, follow verbal instructions, and perform simple math.
* At least 22 years old and legally authorized to work in the US with a valid driver’s license.
* The ability to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, MVR, background, and criminal checks).
* Availability for night shifts starting between 11:30 PM - 2 AM or day shifts, including weekends as needed.
* Basic proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
* Specific vision abilities including close and peripheral vision.

Massachusetts Pay Range:
$21.50—$21.50 USD
