This includes leisure venues all based in Southampton. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance of facilities, leading a small team, ensuring health and safety standards are met, ordering new materials and resource, and problem-solving to ensure seamless productions.This role is ideally suited for someone with a background in Facilities Maintenance looking for a team leader role in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenges of managing multiple venues and productions The Role:
* Oversee day-to-day maintenance of multiple facilities
* Lead a small team
* Organise on-site equipment, orders and resource
* Occasional call-outs with time in Lieu offered when outside Monday-Friday
* Flexible start-finish times within a 40 hour week
