Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant with a path to property valuation and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Company: TMS Estate Agents. An independent, family-run estate agency covering the whole of Thanet.
* Sales Focus: The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background.
* Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical.
* Property Matching: Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties.
* Client Interaction:
* Telephone: Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Face-to-face: Confidence for meetings, conducting viewings, and meeting vendors (existing and potential).
* Communication: Clear and professional communication, face to face and via email, is essential
* Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
* Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
* Fast-Paced Environment: The role is target-driven, so the ability to work efficiently, under pressure is important.
* Experience: Proven ability to work successfully in a sales environment.
* Driving: Full driving license and access to a car.
* Availability: Full-time position, working on a rota basis over five days between Monday and Sunday, typically including at least one weekend day per week.
